Franklin County Has shrunk in Ownership Residential Property by 4.4%, As the 2010 Census Reports

According to the 2010 Census, Franklin County, Alabama decreased in housing units by 273, or 2%, since the 2000 Census. At the same time, the State of Alabama increased in housing units by 208,142, or 10%.
