Yavapai County Has Dropped in Terms of Home Ownership by 2.6%, Since the Year 2000

Recently reported by the 2010 Census, Yavapai County, Arizona decreased in number of dwellings by 28,702, or 35%, since the 2000 Census. At the same time, the State of Arizona increased in residential properties by 655,337, or 23%.

When Measured against the US, Yavapai County has a very high amount of unoccupied real estate units. 19,529, or 17.7%, of properties are currently vacant in Yavapai County, Arizona. Within these 19,529 vacant properties, 14.0% are the market to be sold, while 15.2% are listed in the rental market.

                                     

Between 2000 and 2010, residential properties occupied by owners in Yavapai County have decreased by 2.6%.
