Conway County Has Sunk in Terms of Home Ownership by 3.3%, As Reported in the 2010 Census

According to data from the 2010 Census, Conway County, Arkansas decreased in number of total housing units by 692, or 8%, (since the 2000 census), during the same time, the State of Arkansas increased in residential properties by 143,256, or 11%.

Measured against the US, Conway County has a low amount of unoccupied real estate units. 1,257, or 12.9%, of properties are currently vacant in Conway County, Arkansas. Of these 1,257 vacant housing units, 8.4% are on the real estate market for sale, while 12.5% are listed in the rental market.
