Franklin County Has shrunk in Terms of Housing Units Occupied by Owners by 1.3%, As Reported in the 2010 Census

Recently reported by the 2010 Census, Franklin County, Arkansas decreased in number of total housing units by 348, or 5%, since 2000. During the same period, the State of Arkansas increased in residential properties by 143,256, or 11%.
