Ouachita County Has shrunk in Residential Property Ownership by 3.4%, Since the Year 2000

The 2010 Census reports Ouachita County, Arkansas increased in number of dwellings by 329, or 2%, since the 2000 Census-- the State of Arkansas increased in housing units by 143,256, or 11%.
