San Joaquin County Has Declined in Real Estate Ownership by 1.2%, Since Reported Values in 2000

The 2010 Census reports San Joaquin County, California decreased in number of total housing units by 44,595, or 24%, (since the 2000), while the State of California increased in total real estate dwellings by 1,465,532, or 11%.

Measured against the US, San Joaquin County has a very high level of vacancy in residential real estate. 18,748, or 8.0%, of properties are currently vacant in San Joaquin County, California.
