Fairfield County Has Sunk in Property Ownership by 0.7%, Between 2000 and 2010

The 2010 Census reports Fairfield County, Connecticut decreased in housing units by 21,755, or 6%, since the 2000 Census. At the same time, the State of Connecticut increased in total housing units by 101,916, or 7%.
