Duval County Has Sunk in Terms of Ownership of Real Estate by 1.5%, Since the Year 2000

According to the 2010 Census, Duval County, Florida decreased in total number housing units by 58,708, or 18%, since 2000. During the same period, the State of Florida increased in total real estate dwellings by 1,686,633, or 19%.
