Emanuel County Has Decreased in Ownership Residential Property by 5.5%, (2010 Census)

The 2010 Census reports Emanuel County, Georgia decreased in number of dwellings by 549, or 6%, (since the 2000), while the State of Georgia increased in total real estate dwellings by 807,064, or 20%.
