Massac County Has Fallen Off in Property Ownership by 3.7%, As the 2010 Census Reports

The 2010 Census reports Massac County, Illinois decreased in total real estate dwellings by 162, or 2%, (since the 2000), while the State of Illinois increased in total real estate dwellings by 411,100, or 8%.

When compared to the United States, Massac County has a very low level of vacancy in residential housing. 751, or 10.6%, of residential units are vacant in Massac County, Illinois.
