St. Clair County Has Decreased in Property Ownership by 0.7%, As Reported in the 2010 Census

The 2010 Census reports St. Clair County, Illinois decreased in number of dwellings by 11,803, or 11%, since the 2000 Census-- the State of Illinois increased in total housing units by 411,100, or 8%.
