Winnebago County Has Deteriorated in Real Estate Ownership by 0.6%, Between 2000 and 2010

According to data from the 2010 Census, Winnebago County, Iowa decreased in number of total housing units by 129, or 3%, since 2000. During the same period, the State of Iowa increased in residential properties by 103,906, or 8%.
