Roosevelt County Has Deteriorated in Ownership Residential Property by 3.4%, Since the Year 2000

The recent 2010 Census Bureau reports Roosevelt County, New Mexico decreased in number of total housing units by 417, or 5%, (since the 2000 census), during the same time, the State of New Mexico increased in housing dwelling units by 120,809, or 13%.

Compared to the US, Roosevelt County has a very low amount of unoccupied residential real estate. 864, or 10.6%, of housing units are currently vacant in Roosevelt County, New Mexico.
