Socorro County Has Deteriorated in Terms of Home Ownership by 1.8%, According to the 2010 Census

According to data from the 2010 Census, Socorro County, New Mexico decreased in total real estate dwellings by 251, or 3%, since the 2000 Census. At the same time, the State of New Mexico increased in total real estate dwellings by 120,809, or 13%.

Compared to the US, Socorro County has a very low amount of unoccupied residential properties. 1,045, or 13.0%, of properties are currently vacant in Socorro County, New Mexico.
