Clinton County Has Dropped in Housing Ownership by 0.2%, According to the 2010 Census

According to the 2010 Census, Clinton County, New York decreased in total real estate dwellings by 2,797, or 8%, since 2000. During the same period, the State of New York increased in total real estate dwellings by 428,796, or 5%.
