Madison County Has Sank in Residential Real Estate Ownership by 0.1%, According to the 2010 Census

According to the 2010 Census, Madison County, Ohio decreased in housing units by 1,540, or 11%, since the 2000 Census. At the same time, the State of Ohio increased in housing units by 344,457, or 7%.

Measured against the United States, Madison County has a very low amount of unoccupied residential properties. 1,205, or 7.6%, have been reported as vacant in Madison County, Ohio.
