Harney County Has Moved Down in Real Estate Ownership by 4.0%, According to the 2010 Census

The recent 2010 Census Bureau reports Harney County, Oregon decreased in number of dwellings by 302, or 9%, (since the 2000), while the State of Oregon increased in residential properties by 222,853, or 13%.
