Indiana County Has shrunk in Residential Property Ownership by 2.9%, From 2000 to 2010

Recently reported by the 2010 Census, Indiana County, Pennsylvania decreased in number of total housing units by 986, or 3%, since the 2000 Census-- the State of Pennsylvania increased in total housing units by 317,565, or 6%.

Compared against the United States, Indiana County has a low level of vacancy in residential real estate. 3,231, or 8.5%, of properties are currently vacant in Indiana County, Pennsylvania.
