Lackawanna County Has Sunk in Residential Property Ownership by 1.8%, Between 2000 and 2010

According to data from the 2010 Census, Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania decreased in total real estate dwellings by 1,470, or 2%, since the 2000 Census-- the State of Pennsylvania increased in housing dwelling units by 317,565, or 6%.
