Luzerne County Has Deteriorated in Housing Ownership by 2.3%, Since Reported Values in 2000

According to data from the 2010 Census, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania decreased in total number housing units by 4,062, or 3%, (since the 2000 census), during the same time, the State of Pennsylvania increased in housing dwelling units by 317,565, or 6%.
