Abbeville County Has Decayed in Terms of Housing Units Occupied by Owners by 3.9%, From 2000 to 2010

According to data from the 2010 Census, Abbeville County, South Carolina decreased in total real estate dwellings by 423, or 4%, since the 2000 Census. At the same time, the State of South Carolina increased in residential properties by 384,013, or 18%.
