Clay County Has Deteriorated in Housing Ownership by 1.4%, From 2000 to 2010

According to data from the 2010 Census, Clay County, South Dakota decreased in total real estate dwellings by 201, or 4%, since the 2000 Census. At the same time, the State of South Dakota increased in residential properties by 40,230, or 11%.
