Clay County Has Dropped in Terms of Housing Units Occupied by Owners by 2.2%, From 2000 to 2010

According to data from the 2010 Census, Clay County, Tennessee decreased in number of dwellings by 323, or 8%, since 2000. During the same period, the State of Tennessee increased in total real estate dwellings by 372,690, or 13%.
