Crockett County Has Declined in Property Ownership by 2.5%, (2010 Census)

The recent 2010 Census Bureau reports Crockett County, Tennessee decreased in number of total housing units by 287, or 5%, (since the 2000 census), during the same time, the State of Tennessee increased in housing units by 372,690, or 13%.

Compared to the US, Crockett County has a very low level of vacancy in residential real estate. 716, or 11.1%, of properties are currently vacant in Crockett County, Tennessee.
