Decatur County Has Sunk in Residential Property Ownership by 2.2%, (2010 Census)

The recent 2010 Census Bureau reports Decatur County, Tennessee decreased in total real estate dwellings by 425, or 7%, (since the 2000), while the State of Tennessee increased in total real estate dwellings by 372,690, or 13%.

Compared to the US, Decatur County has a very low amount of unoccupied residential real estate. 1,946, or 28.3%, currently are unoccupied in Decatur County, Tennessee.
