Charlotte County Has Declined In Owner-Occupied Residential Real Estate by 3.2%, Between 2000 and 2010

The 2010 Census reports Charlotte County, Virginia decreased in number of total housing units by 539, or 9%, since the 2000 Census-- the State of Virginia increased in total real estate dwellings by 460,747, or 14%.

Compared against the United States, Charlotte County has a very low level of vacancy in residential real estate. 1,164, or 18.6%, have been reported as vacant in Charlotte County, Virginia.
