Monongalia County Has Declined in Real Estate Ownership by 5.3%, Since 2000

According to the 2010 Census, Monongalia County, West Virginia decreased in housing units by 6,543, or 18%, (since the 2000), while the State of West Virginia increased in housing units by 37,294, or 4%.
