Adams County Has Fallen Off in Terms of Ownership of Real Estate by 2.2%, (2010 Census)

According to the 2010 Census, Adams County, Wisconsin decreased in total real estate dwellings by 3,313, or 23%, (since the 2000 census), during the same time, the State of Wisconsin increased in housing dwelling units by 303,214, or 12%.

When compared to the United States, Adams County has a very low level of vacancy in residential housing. 8,770, or 50.3%, of properties are currently vacant in Adams County, Wisconsin.
