Eau Claire County Has Decayed in Real Estate Ownership by 1.5%, From 2000 to 2010

According to the 2010 Census, Eau Claire County, Wisconsin decreased in housing units by 4,677, or 12%, since the 2000 Census. At the same time, the State of Wisconsin increased in housing units by 303,214, or 12%.
